Terms of Service

Platform usage terms and conditions

1. Platform Use

DispatchIQ LLC ("DispatchIQ," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered workforce management marketplace that connects homeowners with licensed, vetted home-service technicians (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Eligibility. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account or use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Account Registration. Use of the Platform requires a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify DispatchIQ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. User Roles & Responsibilities

The Platform supports three primary user roles. All users must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Homeowners

  • Provide accurate, complete job descriptions including scope, location, and any special access requirements.
  • Ensure safe, lawful property access for assigned technicians during scheduled service windows.
  • Fulfill all payment obligations promptly. Failure to fund escrow may result in account suspension.
  • Submit honest reviews and ratings following job completion.

Technicians

  • Maintain valid, current trade licenses and certifications as required by their state of operation.
  • Carry adequate general liability and workers' compensation insurance and provide proof upon request.
  • Consent to and pass initial and periodic background checks conducted by third-party providers.
  • Perform all work in accordance with applicable building codes, manufacturer specifications, and industry quality standards.
  • Upload required before-and-after documentation as specified by the Trust Layer verification process.

Companies

  • Manage employee technician accounts, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Bear responsibility for the compliance, licensing, and conduct of all technicians operating under their company account.
  • Maintain accurate company information, including business licenses and insurance certificates.

3. Fees & Payments

Platform Fee. Homeowners pay no platform fee — the listed price is the final price. DispatchIQ charges technicians a platform fee of 10% (Flex Tech) or 15% (Sync Tech) on each completed transaction. This fee is non-refundable once the transaction has been verified as complete.

Escrow. All homeowner payments are held in escrow by DispatchIQ until the job has been verified through the AI-powered Trust Layer. Funds are not released to the technician until verification is finalized.

Three-State Verification. Upon job submission, the Trust Layer assigns one of three verdicts:

  • Verified — Work meets quality standards. Payment is released to the technician, less applicable platform fees.
  • Conditional — Additional review is required. Funds remain in escrow pending manual review or resubmission of documentation.
  • Rejected — Work does not meet standards or evidence of non-completion. Funds are refunded to the homeowner.

Technician Payouts. Verified earnings are disbursed to technicians on a weekly basis via Stripe Connect. Payouts are subject to Stripe's processing timelines and any applicable holds.

Bonus Pool. A portion of urgency, after-hours, and cluster premium contributions is allocated to the DispatchIQ Bonus Pool, which is distributed to top-performing technicians based on performance standings. Bonus Pool allocations and distribution schedules are determined at DispatchIQ's sole discretion.

4. Performance Scoring

DispatchIQ uses a proprietary performance-based scoring system known as the proprietary scoring system to evaluate technician quality and determine tier placement.

Tier Progression. Technicians are assigned to one of four tiers based on their performance score:

  • Bronze — Entry-level tier for new or developing technicians.
  • Silver — Intermediate tier demonstrating consistent performance.
  • Gold — Advanced tier reflecting high-quality, reliable service.
  • Diamond — Elite tier reserved for top-performing technicians.

Scoring Factors. The scoring system considers multiple factors including, but not limited to: job completion rate, customer ratings, Trust Layer verification outcomes, response time, professionalism, and adherence to platform guidelines. The specific weights assigned to each factor are proprietary and not disclosed.

Methodology Adjustments. DispatchIQ reserves the right to modify, recalibrate, or update the scoring methodology scoring methodology at any time without prior notice. Such changes may affect tier placement and associated priority levels.

5. Trust Layer Verification

The Trust Layer is DispatchIQ's AI-powered verification system designed to ensure job quality and protect all parties involved in a transaction.

Photo Documentation. Technicians are required to submit before-and-after photographs for every completed job. Photos must clearly depict the work area and the completed work. Failure to submit adequate documentation may result in a Conditional or Rejected verdict.

AI Verification. Submitted documentation is analyzed by DispatchIQ's AI models to assess job completion, quality of workmanship, and consistency with the original job scope. Verification is automated but may be escalated to human review when necessary.

Automated Payment Release. Payment release is triggered automatically upon a Verified verdict. No manual intervention by DispatchIQ is required for standard verified transactions.

Dispute Resolution. If a homeowner or technician disputes a Trust Layer verdict, they may submit a dispute within seven (7) calendar days of the verdict. Disputes are reviewed by DispatchIQ's support team and, where appropriate, escalated to senior review. DispatchIQ's final determination is binding.

6. Intellectual Property

Proprietary Technology. All technology, software, algorithms, models, interfaces, designs, trade secrets, and systems within the DispatchIQ Platform are the exclusive property of DispatchIQ LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation, the proprietary scoring system, Trust Layer verification engine, dispatch algorithms, and all associated data models.

User Content. By uploading or submitting content to the Platform (including photos, reviews, job descriptions, and profile information), you grant DispatchIQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

Restrictions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any DispatchIQ technology. You may not scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform except through approved APIs. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any DispatchIQ intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marketplace Role. DispatchIQ operates as a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between homeowners and technicians. DispatchIQ is not an employer, contractor, agent, or joint venturer of any technician or company on the Platform.

Independent Contractor Relationship. Technicians using the Platform are independent contractors, not employees of DispatchIQ. DispatchIQ does not control the manner, method, or means by which technicians perform their work. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

No Warranty on Work. DispatchIQ does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any work performed by technicians. Homeowners engage technicians at their own risk and are encouraged to verify licenses, insurance, and references independently.

Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DispatchIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. DispatchIQ's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to DispatchIQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

8. Termination

By DispatchIQ. DispatchIQ may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to maintain required licenses, or conduct that DispatchIQ deems harmful to the Platform or its users.

By You. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting DispatchIQ support. Account deletion is subject to a reasonable processing period.

Survival. Upon termination, all outstanding payment obligations, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability shall survive. Any funds held in escrow at the time of termination will be processed in accordance with these Terms. Earned but unpaid technician compensation will be disbursed per the regular payout schedule.

9. Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Oakland County, Michigan.

Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be the state and federal courts located in Troy, Michigan.

Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against DispatchIQ.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DISPATCHIQ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS, OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY DRIVER, VEHICLE OPERATOR, OR TRANSIT PROVIDER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DispatchIQ LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or access to the Platform;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance;
  • Any content, information, or material you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform;
  • Any transaction or relationship between you and any third party, including technicians, homeowners, companies, or transit providers;
  • Any claim that your use of the Platform caused damage to a third party;
  • Any dispute between you and another user of the Platform;

Opting out of critical service notifications (job assignments, safety alerts, verification codes) may limit your ability to use certain Platform features.

Consent Not Required for Service. While SMS consent enhances the Platform experience, it is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. However, certain technician-facing features (job pings, emergency dispatch) require SMS to function.

13. User Content License

By uploading, submitting, posting, or otherwise making available any content on or through the Platform — including but not limited to photographs, videos, reviews, ratings, job descriptions, profile information, messages, and any other materials ("User Content") — you grant DispatchIQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, display, and create derivative works from such User Content for the purposes of:

  • Operating, maintaining, and improving the Platform;
  • Training and improving AI verification, hazard detection, and matching models;

  • Marketing and promoting the Platform (with personally identifying information removed);
  • Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license for all User Content you submit, and that your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

AI Training Disclosure. Before-and-after job photos, verification outcomes, and anonymized job data may be used to train and improve DispatchIQ's AI verification and safety detection systems. This training data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users, technicians, or properties.

14. Changes to Terms

DispatchIQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

Stripe Connect Platform Agreement

Payment processing terms for technicians

1. Stripe Connect Integration

DispatchIQ uses Stripe Connect to facilitate payments to technicians on the Platform. By registering as a technician and activating payouts, you agree to create a Stripe Connected Account and authorize DispatchIQ to initiate transfers to your account.

Stripe Connect enables DispatchIQ to manage escrow, process platform fees, and disburse earnings directly to your linked bank account or debit card.

2. Stripe Connected Account Agreement

As a technician receiving payouts through the Platform, you are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service. You agree to provide accurate information to Stripe, including identity verification documents, tax information, and banking details as required.

DispatchIQ is not responsible for Stripe's handling of your data or funds once transferred to Stripe's systems. Any disputes regarding Stripe's services should be directed to Stripe Support.

3. Platform Fee Structure

A platform fee of 10% (Flex Tech) or 15% (Sync Tech) is deducted from technician earnings on each verified transaction before funds are disbursed to the technician's Stripe Connected Account. Homeowners are not charged a platform fee. This fee covers Platform operation, Trust Layer verification, dispatch services, and customer support.

Standard Stripe processing fees may also apply and are separate from the DispatchIQ platform fee. These fees are determined by Stripe and are subject to change per Stripe's pricing schedule.

4. Payout Schedule

Verified technician earnings are disbursed on a weekly basis. Payouts are initiated every Monday for earnings verified through the prior Sunday. Funds typically arrive within two (2) to three (3) business days, depending on your bank.

DispatchIQ reserves the right to delay payouts if there are pending disputes, suspected fraud, or compliance holds on your account. In such cases, you will be notified via email and the funds will be held until the matter is resolved.

Minimum payout thresholds and payout method preferences can be configured in your account settings.

Audit & Transparency Policy

How we ensure accountability, traceability, and fairness

1. Immutable Decision Audit Trail

Every AI-driven decision made by the DispatchIQ platform is permanently recorded in an append-only audit log that cannot be modified or deleted. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Technician Matching — Which technicians were considered, their scores, why each was selected or filtered out, and the scoring weights applied.
  • Job Dispatch — The algorithm's selection rationale, composite scoring breakdown, proximity calculations, and compliance gate results.
  • Trust Layer Verification — All AI provider responses, consensus methodology (unanimous, majority, or single-provider), confidence scores, and the final verdict.
  • Merit Score Calculations — Before and after scores, all scoring factor breakdowns, tier changes, and methodology applied.
  • Compliance Decisions — When a technician is blocked or allowed based on background check status, license verification, or compliance tier gating.
  • Pricing Decisions — How job prices were calculated including base rates, urgency surcharges, after-hours premiums, and market rate adjustments.

Database-level triggers physically prevent any modification or deletion of audit records. This ensures a tamper-proof record of all platform decisions for regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and legal proceedings.

2. Immutable Financial Ledger

All financial transactions are recorded in an append-only ledger that cannot be altered. Every movement of funds — escrow holds, captures, refunds, transfers, platform fees, and bonus pool allocations — is a permanent, timestamped entry.

If an accounting error occurs, it is corrected by appending a correction entry or reversal entry that references the original record. The original entry remains intact. This double-entry approach ensures full traceability and enables accurate reconstruction of financial state at any point in time.

Running balances for technicians and platform revenue are computed directly from the ledger, ensuring they are always consistent with the underlying transaction history.

3. Identity Verification & Liveness Checks

Profile Photo Requirement. All technicians are required to upload a profile photo during onboarding. This photo serves as the reference image for ongoing identity verification.

Random Liveness Checks. During active jobs, DispatchIQ conducts random AI-powered liveness checks to verify that the registered technician is physically present on the job site. Technicians may be asked to take a live selfie, which is compared against their profile photo using AI vision models.

Two-Stage Verification. Liveness checks evaluate two factors: (1) Liveness — confirming a real, live human is present (detecting photo-of-photo attacks, deepfakes, screenshots, or empty rooms); and (2) Identity — confirming the person reasonably matches the registered technician (using loose matching that accommodates normal appearance changes).

Liveness check results are logged with AI provider responses, confidence scores, and timestamps. Failed checks generate alerts for administrative review but do not result in automatic suspension, to prevent false positives due to lighting conditions or camera quality.

4. Background Check & License Verification Records

Background Checks. All technician background checks are conducted by Checkr, an accredited third-party consumer reporting agency. Check initiation, status changes, and final results are logged with timestamps. Technicians cannot accept jobs until their background check status is "approved."

License Verification. Trade licenses are verified through automated format validation and, where available, state licensing board APIs. Verification status (verified, manual review, invalid, expired), the verification source, and timestamps are permanently recorded.

Expiry Enforcement. The platform automatically monitors license expiration dates and issues warnings at 90, 60, 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry. Upon expiration, technicians are automatically suspended from receiving new jobs until their license is renewed and re-verified.

5. Compliance Tier Gating Records

DispatchIQ enforces a four-tier compliance system (Basic, Standard, Verified, Premium) that determines which job categories a technician may perform. Every compliance gate decision — whether a technician was allowed or blocked from a job — is recorded in the audit log with the specific requirements checked and the outcome.

This ensures that if a dispute arises regarding technician qualifications for a specific job, the platform can produce a complete record of what compliance checks were performed and what the results were at the time of assignment.

6. Data Retention & Access

Audit Log Retention. AI decision logs and financial ledger entries are retained indefinitely and cannot be purged. This ensures availability for legal proceedings, regulatory audits, and dispute resolution regardless of when they occurred.

Authorized Access. Audit records are accessible only to DispatchIQ administrators and authorized legal or compliance personnel. Users may request copies of audit records pertaining to their own transactions and jobs by contacting support@dispatchiq.ai.

Legal & Regulatory Disclosure. DispatchIQ will produce audit records in response to valid subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory inquiries. Records are provided in their original, unmodified form with cryptographic integrity verification where applicable.

Transit & Logistics Policy

Sync Tech Program, parts delivery, and debris extraction

1. Sync Tech Program

The Sync Tech Program is an optional program for technicians who do not own or operate a personal work vehicle. By enrolling, you consent to the following:

  • Transit Dispatch — DispatchIQ arranges third-party vehicle dispatch to transport you between your residence, retail staging locations, and job sites. DispatchIQ is not a transportation provider; all vehicles are operated by independent third-party services.
  • Parts Staging — DispatchIQ may pre-purchase and stage parts at retail locations along your transit route. Staged parts remain the property of DispatchIQ until installed at a job site and verified by the Trust Layer.
  • Platform Fee — Sync Tech participants are subject to a platform fee of 15% per completed transaction (compared to 10% for Flex Tech technicians). This fee covers transit costs, parts staging logistics, and platform operation.
  • Transit Costs — Estimated and actual transit costs are tracked per ride. The cost bearer (technician, homeowner, or platform) is determined at dispatch time and disclosed in the transit record.
  • Route Optimization — DispatchIQ determines the transit route, pickup order, and staging waypoints at its sole discretion. Routes may include intermediate stops for parts retrieval with micro-dwell periods.

2. Mid-Job Part Delivery (Hotshot)

If a technician requires an unplanned part during an active service engagement, DispatchIQ may dispatch an empty vehicle to retrieve the part from a retail location and deliver it to the job site.

  • Homeowner Billing — The cost of the part, delivery transit, and applicable platform fee are added to the homeowner's invoice as an "Expedited Procurement Fee." Homeowners are notified of the add-on charge before it is finalized.
  • No Guarantee of Availability — DispatchIQ does not guarantee that unplanned parts will be available for immediate delivery. Delivery times depend on retail inventory, vehicle availability, and distance.
  • Technician Obligation — Technicians must remain at the job site during the delivery and may not abandon the job to procure parts independently without homeowner consent.

3. Debris Extraction & Reverse Logistics

When a job produces heavy waste or debris (e.g., replaced toilets, water heaters, appliances), DispatchIQ may arrange a cargo-capable vehicle to transport the debris to a disposal or recycling facility.

  • Opt-In — Debris extraction is initiated by the technician via an explicit toggle during the job completion process. It is not automatic.
  • Disposal Routing — DispatchIQ determines the optimal disposal facility based on debris type, proximity, and the technician's subsequent assignment. DispatchIQ is not responsible for disposal facility policies, fees, or acceptance criteria.
  • Return Authorization — Unused parts from a job may be returned to the retail source. DispatchIQ facilitates return authorization but does not guarantee refund processing timelines, which are subject to the retailer's return policies.
  • Hazardous Materials — Technicians are solely responsible for identifying and properly handling hazardous materials. DispatchIQ does not transport materials classified as hazardous under federal, state, or local regulations without proper authorization.

4. Tool Verification

Before transit dispatch, DispatchIQ may require technicians to submit a photograph of their tool loadout for AI-based verification.

  • Verification Gate — Transit dispatch may be withheld until the AI system confirms that required tools are present. Tool requirements vary by job category.
  • Merit-Based Exemption — Technicians in higher performance tiers may be exempt from tool verification at DispatchIQ's discretion.
  • False Negatives — If the AI incorrectly fails a tool verification, technicians may re-submit a clearer photo or request administrative review. DispatchIQ is not liable for delays caused by AI misidentification.
  • Photo Retention — Tool verification photos are retained for thirty (30) days for quality assurance purposes and then deleted.

5. Third-Party Transit Providers

All transit services (vehicle dispatch, package delivery, cargo transport) are provided by independent third-party services. DispatchIQ is not a transportation company and does not employ drivers.

DispatchIQ is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or conduct of third-party drivers or transit providers, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, property damage, delays, or lost items occurring during transit.

By using any transit feature on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the terms of service of the applicable third-party transit provider in addition to these Terms.

6. Waitlist & Geofenced Launch

DispatchIQ launches in geographic zones based on marketplace liquidity thresholds. Users may be placed on a waitlist until their geographic area meets the required balance of technicians and homeowners.

  • No Guarantee of Access — Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Platform. Launch timing is determined solely by DispatchIQ based on marketplace readiness.
  • Invite Codes — Access codes are single-use and non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or distributing invite codes is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
  • Referral Program — Waitlisted users may receive a referral code. Referral credits are issued at DispatchIQ's discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  • Early Onboarding — Technicians on the waitlist may be permitted to complete onboarding (background check, license verification, insurance upload) prior to their zone launching. Early onboarding does not guarantee zone activation or job availability.

Safety & Hazard Detection Policy

AI-based safety analysis and liability framework

1. Automated Hazard Detection

The Trust Layer AI system analyzes job documentation (photos and video) for safety hazards across all service categories. The system is designed to detect indicators of conditions including, but not limited to:

  • Carbon monoxide risks and improper combustion
  • Gas leaks and improper gas connections
  • Electrical code violations and unsafe wiring
  • Water damage and mold indicators
  • Structural concerns
  • Improper materials or installation methods
  • Asbestos-suspect materials
  • Missing or non-functional safety devices

Limitation. AI-based hazard detection is not a substitute for a professional safety inspection. The system may fail to detect certain hazards or may produce false positives. DispatchIQ does not warrant that its AI will identify all safety risks present at a job site.

2. Conditional Verdict & Safety Waivers

When the Trust Layer detects a potential safety hazard during job verification, it issues a Conditional verdict. In this case:

  • The technician's work IS considered complete — the hazard is typically a pre-existing condition, not caused by the technician's repair.
  • Payment is held in escrow until the homeowner reviews the safety finding and signs an acknowledgment waiver.
  • The homeowner has seventy-two (72) hours to sign the waiver. If unsigned after 72 hours, the payment may be refunded at DispatchIQ's discretion.
  • Signing the waiver releases payment to the technician and acknowledges the detected safety concern.

Not Professional Advice. Safety findings generated by DispatchIQ's AI do not constitute professional safety inspections, engineering assessments, or legal advice. Homeowners are encouraged to engage licensed professionals for any identified safety concerns.

3. Emergency Services

Certain job categories (gas leaks, carbon monoxide alarms, flooding, electrical emergencies) are classified as emergency services and are routed exclusively to company accounts with emergency certification.

Emergency Pricing. Emergency jobs are subject to premium pricing (up to 2x the standard rate). After-hours premiums may also apply. All pricing is disclosed to the homeowner before the job is confirmed.

Not a Substitute for 911. DispatchIQ is not an emergency response service. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. DispatchIQ's emergency dispatch is for urgent home service repairs, not medical or fire emergencies.

4. Pre-Existing Issue Documentation

During the job completion process, technicians may flag pre-existing issues (conditions that existed before the repair and were not caused by the technician's work). Pre-existing issue flags are recorded in the job record and factored into the AI verification analysis.

Flagging pre-existing issues protects the technician from being held responsible for conditions outside their scope of work. Homeowners are notified of flagged issues and may choose to address them separately.

GPS & Location Tracking Policy

How we collect and use location data

1. Location Data Collection

The Platform collects GPS location data from technicians during active job engagements. Location data is used for:

  • Real-Time Tracking — Homeowners can view the technician's location en route to the job site. Tracking is active only during assigned job engagements.
  • Geofence Arrival Detection — The system automatically detects when a technician arrives within proximity of the job address. This triggers job status updates and homeowner notifications.
  • Transit Coordination — For Sync Tech participants, GPS data is used to coordinate vehicle pickup and dropoff.
  • Route Optimization — Location data informs dispatch decisions, proximity scoring, and cluster routing for qualified technicians.

2. Anti-Spoofing & Location Integrity

DispatchIQ employs automated measures to detect fraudulent or manipulated location data, including:

  • Velocity Anomaly Detection — The system monitors for physically impossible movement patterns (e.g., teleportation between distant locations) that indicate GPS spoofing or mock location applications.
  • Mock Location Flagging — Devices reporting mock or simulated GPS coordinates are flagged automatically. Confirmed GPS spoofing may result in merit score penalties, payout holds, or account suspension.

Consequences. GPS manipulation is treated as fraud. DispatchIQ reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold payouts, and report fraudulent activity to law enforcement.

3. Location Data Retention

GPS breadcrumb data (individual location pings) is retained for ninety (90) days after job completion for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes. After 90 days, individual GPS pings are automatically deleted.

Aggregated, anonymized location data (not traceable to individual technicians) may be retained indefinitely for analytics, demand forecasting, and service area planning.

4. Consent & Opt-Out

By registering as a technician and accepting jobs on the Platform, you consent to GPS location tracking during active engagements. Location tracking is not active when you are not on an active job.

You may disable location services on your device at any time; however, doing so will prevent you from accepting or completing jobs on the Platform, as location verification is required for job operations.
